Has anybody else had problems contacting Makayama?

I paid for this software to use on my 910. It fails during the conversion process.

I've tried a few times to contact Makayama to resolve the problem but after a month, I'm not getting a response. I'm pretty fed up now, but if they don't reply to emails, how am I supposed to get a refund?
